寇琳媛，中共党员，毕业于湖南大学材料加工专业，硕士研究生，现任机械工程学院讲师，2020年入选第五批“宁夏青年科技人才托举工程”。主持宁夏自然科学基金1项、宁夏大学自然科学基金1项，作为主要研究人员参与国家自然科学基金2项、省部级项目3项。
